Clients Rights and Letter of Agreement: Weddings
1. The photographer will bring 2 medium/ large format cameras to location.
2. The photographer will take a minimum of 600 photos. (Average being 700 shots and may take up to 900)
3. The fee includes the photographers time at location, a proof c.d , an album of 100 3x5 color and black and white photos and engagement photos.( Other costs such as travel and assistance will be divulged in total charges) Photographs can take up to 4 weeks to produce and will be delivered upon payment in full.
5. Negatives and reproductions for publications or other purposes can only be used with the consent of client.
6. Any substitute photographer will have to be approved by client.
7. The photographer will arrive at least 1 hour before unless other arrangements are made in advance.
8. The photographer will take the utmost care with respect to the exposure, development and delivery of photographs, however in the event or act outside the control of the photographer, the photographers liabilities are limited to the refund of 50% of total charges.
9. Cancellation and postponements can be made up to 3 months in advance with full refund of deposit.
10. Photographer will contact client one week before date to confirm all arrangements.
11. Payment schedule is as follows: a deposit of 25% is due upon approval of contract and to reserve your photographer and date, 25% due 3 months prior to date, 25% due on or before scheduled date in the form of cashiers check or cash and final payment due in form of cashiers check or cash upon approval and delivery of photographs.
